Touch Experiment Report Carlisle

At the request of BBC Cumbria I revisited an action I first made in London in 1968. Again I gathered a ‘team’ and we touched people at random in the streets of Carlisle whilst being televised for an arts programme. I had also repeated the action in 1998 in Poland and in each case written ‘reports’ on my experiences. Some of the team members also wrote reports for me.
