A site specific sound installation in response to a basement of a house that had had been empty for a number of years. The sounds were a ‘dialogue’ between two voices making abstract sounds that had been recorded when alone in public open spaces. Objects found in the basement—old files and ledgers, safes and boxes etc were collected together at the base of the cellar steps and concealed speakers on each side of the entrance.
